Mr. Kh. Abul Kalam Azad , MD
 

Mr. Azad, aged 47, is the Managing Director and CEO of the Company. He has got a good academic background; he is an MBA USA and IT expertise. Besides, he has undergone a number of courses and diplomas on IT field.

Mr. Azad has got practical experience on computer software development, project designing & development, project implementation and various IT related matters. He is a young, dynamic person who is devoted to business in IT sector. He is very much enthusiastic and confident about success in IT related businesses. He is a popular person in his community and spends time to work on social well being.
 

Mr. Muhammed Aminullah , Sales & Marketing Director

 

Mr. Aminullah, aged 40, is one of the Directors of the Company. He has done his M.Com (Marketing) from the University of Dhaka. Later on he has completed an Executive MBA from under National University, Dhaka. Prior to this, he attended several IT courses from several institutions.

Mr. Aminullah is an experienced IT professional who has got working experience for nearly eight years. He is an experienced dynamic person who is devoted to businesses in different sectors. He is very much enthusiastic and confident about success in IT related businesses. He has working experience as a financial & management consultant of MGF, a wing of World Bank. He also possesses very good experience in software business especially with Daffodil Software ltd. and on Bangladesh Railway Ticketing System.

Other Concerns of Mr. Aminullah are: a) Hamida Navigation Limited – Director, cargo Vessels Company on inland water transport company, b) Amin Enterprise – Proprietor, Trading Company, Lubricant business & Tendering business. He is also the Founder President of Dhaka Youth Club, a sports club, established in 1985.

 
Mr. Md. Ayub Hossain, Technical Director
 

Mr. Hossain, the other Director , was Honors graduated from the University of Calcutta, India, Computer Management from Aptech Computer Education from Calcutta, India and also obtained MBA from USA. He has been working in the field of IT sector for more than 10 years.

He was the project manager of one of country's largest and challenging software project in Bangladesh PDB Billing system under West zone Power Distribution Company, Khulna. He was also the project Manager for the Personnel Management Information system (PMIS) & Statistics Services (SS) of DG Health and DG family Planning, Hospital Operation Management system of Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College Hospital , Export Import Management System of Homebound Packer & Shipper Ltd & Reproductive Health Management System of Urban Primary Health care Project (UNFPA)

He possesses vast experience in system integration, ERP solution and project implementation. He has the experience in providing consultancy services in ICT to one of the biggest multinational company in Bangladesh DHL Express, UNFPA & World Health Organization (WHO).
